Privacy

The Auxiliary of the Fleet Reserve Association keeps the information below to run the membership: to know who our members are, to send dues notices, cards and the Triangle, and to take dues payments.

What we keep

• Your membership record, kept by the National Financial Secretary: your name, address, phone, email, birth date, unit, offices held, membership dates and dues payments.
• Your member account, if you create one on the membership site: the email address you sign in with and your password, which is stored scrambled so nobody, including us, can read it.
• Online dues payments: the amount, the date and Stripe's reference for the payment.

Card payments

When you pay dues online, you type your card details on a secure page run by Stripe, our payment processor. Your card number never reaches the Auxiliary's systems. Stripe tells us only that the payment was made, how much, and when. Stripe's own privacy policy is at stripe.com/privacy.

How we use your email

For your account (confirming your email, resetting your password), receipts for dues you pay online, and Auxiliary membership business. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we share it only with the services that run these sites for us: Stripe for payments, Microsoft for email, and our hosting provider.

Cookies

The membership site uses a cookie only to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Correcting your information

If something in your membership record is wrong, contact your unit secretary or the National Financial Secretary and it will be corrected.
