Membership is open to spouses, parents, grandparents, sisters, brothers, children, stepchildren, and grandchildren - not less than 16 years of age - of members of the Fleet Reserve Association, and of persons who were members at the time of death.
Members fall into two categories - each member selects which they desire:
Annual dues are $25 for one year - or save by paying ahead: $50 for two years, $75 for three, $100 for four, or $125 for five.
